I didn’t get around to sending out a batch of Christmas cards this year. I did finish all my shopping by the first week of the year though!! I love cute year in review letters though…..so here is ours:
My friend Cerise arranged a short/sweet surprise homecoming for her two children the other day. Her husband has been deployed since school started this year and they have of course missed him terribly!! I was so happy to be able to share in the moment.
I got together with my photography buddies the other day and we got to go on a outing with our kids and just shoot for fun. It’s always such a fun time!!

When a client books a session they each get a personalized manilla folder that I will keep all their information in. All receipts and CD back ups are stored here after the session is over.
I also keep a client workflow log in the folder to help keep myself up to date with where I stand with the session.
Every client gets a Pinterest board with possible pose ideas. I do video work in my sessions, so I have to write lots of ideas down or I will forget everything by the time I make it to the session.

I had such a good time hanging with the Hemmer family and getting a chance to meet granny! These kids are just SO well behaved with amazing manners. It’s such a joy to work with families such as theirs!
